Hello,

My name is Eliška, I am 23 years old.

I have been overweight ever since childhood. I’ve tried so many diet programs that I actually stopped counting. But I never lasted more than three weeks. I’ve always loved sweets, especially a bowl of fruit at bedtime or even a whole bar of chocolate. I would eat only once a day since I was a child, I just wasn’t hungry, but my body saw it differently. According to doctors, I was malnourished, which seemed silly to me. I was carrying all that excess weight after all. None of the sports, I would try, would ever stick. I have loved cycling since I was a child, but I did not have anyone who would go on a trip with me several times a week. My bike remained locked in the garage for several years.

Of course, I tried to lose weight. Especially when I was a teenager, when I became interested in boys and they became interested in me. I would never stick to a diet for a long time, according to them it didn’t matter, they said they liked me the way I was. I asked two of them actually not too long ago what they meant then. Of course, they told me that, just so they wouldn’t hurt me. And that ultimately motivated me.

At the age of twenty-three, I ended up weighing 119 kilos at 165 centimeters. A year ago, I met my current boyfriend, who loves working out and a healthy diet. Until then, since I had been cooking mostly sauces and frying schnitzels, but I made the effort and read something about a healthy diet so that I could cook something for him from time to time. He was excited. I wanted to look good for him and lose a little weight, not to lose my breath when going up the stairs. I was sure that if it was for him, I just wouldn’t stop.

I know you are supposed to do it for yourself, but I don’t want him to be ashamed of me someday, and I’ve let myself down so many times that I needed a different driving force. That’s why one day I decided to order the KetoMix, which my friend recommended to me years ago.

Today, after two years, I put on jeans that I wanted to throw away so many times. And that’s why I decided to write my story.
